Free Shipping

Plushington offers free shipping on orders over $50 — in your own currency, to the countries we currently ship to (see checkout for the full list). Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared, quality-checked, and wrapped in our signature keepsake box within 1–2 business days of purchase. During peak seasonal periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery takes 7–14 business days after dispatch. These are courier estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs processing or local delivery conditions.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order dispatches. You can also track any order any time at our order tracking page.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Note: as of August 2025, the United States no longer exempts low-value shipments from duties — all US-bound orders may incur customs charges regardless of order value.
