What is Plushington?
Plushington is a direct-to-consumer online brand offering considered fabric pieces for home and wear — curated rather than mass-produced, with every order reviewed before it ships.
What materials do you use?
Mostly soft-touch woven and knit fabrics — silk-feel satin, faux cashmere, and cotton blends — plus one pure wool scarf in the range. Every product page lists that piece's exact composition, and we'd rather tell you plainly what something is than dress it up.
Is shipping free?
Yes — complimentary shipping on orders over $50, in your own currency (USD, CAD, AUD, and more), arriving in 7–14 business days. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared and wrapped within 1–2 business days (up to 3 during peak season). After dispatch, delivery takes 7–14 business days.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging including the keepsake box. Final sale items and gift cards aren't eligible for return.
Which countries do you ship to?
Plushington currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia.
